This residence lays in 140m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 80m² private swimming pool (1,40 meters deep, non-heated), also boasting hydromassage features (4 seater), children’s pool (10m2 metres), & six premium sun-beds plus the two swim up sun-beds. Important note is that the pool features is mainly cleaned with electro lights & salt. Grown-ups can lounge to their premium sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the outdoor dining area. The Living-room area has access to the pool area. There is sufficient parking space for up to 2 cars outside of the residence premises with an evcharger for electric cars.
